As we near the end of the end of Hart of Dixie's second season, it's time for the couples (and partnerships) in BlueBell to come to roost. There have been a lot of romantic goings on recently that have left the security of everyone's relationships up in the air, an entire season's worth of progress coming down to the final two episodes. There's a chance that everything could be busted up by the time the season finale roles around on May 7th, a way of starting anew for a (currently hypothetical) third season, but during the penultimate episode of the season, it looks like everyone's just doing the best they can with the their current situations. TV ratings: 'NCIS' returns big for CBS, 'The Voice' wins 18-49 demo

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, April 23, 2013"The Voice" is definitely proving itself to be the singing competition du jour, but in the face of new CBS programs, it doesn't score quite as well. "NCIS" bested NBC's singing program by over 4 million viewers in their timeslot.CBS won the night with 12.9 million viewers and an 8.3 rating/13 share in households. ABC was second with 8.8 million and a 5.8/9, followed by NBC at 6.2 million and a 4.1/6, FOX at 3.5 million and a 2.2/3 and the CW at 1.05 million and a 0.7/1. In the adults 18-49 demo, CBS narrowly edged out NBC, 2.2 versus 2.1, though "The Voice" was the top 18-49 show of the night.
