Hell's Kitchen Returns Tonight on Fox

Say it isn’t so, Chef Ramsay! Last time on Hell’s Kitchen , Robyn dodged yet another bullet and managed to earn herself a black jacket along with the five other remaining contestants. So how did this happen, you ask?  Well, apparently Chef Ramsay’s dislike for badly timed jokes outweighs his dislike for whining and badly timed garnishes. Let me explain. During the night’s Hell’s Kitche n dinner service, the red team got by with very few errors.  Barbie, who is clearly not wanted by her teammates, was determined to contribute and repeatedly asked Christina to help out with appetizers.  Christina, who was equally determined not accept Barbie’s help, refused, only have her first risotto orders be sent back. Hell's Kitchen Preview Episode 10.16 "6 Chefs Compete"

On the next episode of Hell’s Kitchen , the remaining six contestants, now donning black jackets, prepare to work as a unified team for the first time.  Chef Ramsay quickly shoots down any thoughts that learning to work together will be the biggest challenge of the evening with an announcement that he has a surprise for the chefs (never a good thing). Not only will the contestants be trying to put forth a stellar dinner service, but they will also be competing against a group of former runners-up of the Hell’s Kitchen competition. Thrown into super competitive mode, the contestants immediately begin trash talking and trying to hype each up to beat the other team.  In what must surely be a strategic move, they put their seemingly weakest chef, Robyn, on cold appetizers, which meant she, as Christina puts it, simply has to "put dressing on leaves."  Ironically, it seems this proves to be a bit too much for her, getting the remaining six Hell’s Kitchen contestants off to a slow start. 'Hell's Kitchen: Who Breaks Down In Tears?

Patrick was participating on " Hell's Kitchen " (Tue., 8 p.m. ET on Fox) for his family, and he made no bones about it. Because they were so supportive of him coming on the show, he held himself to an incredibly high standard. Granted, high standard or not, there is no reason to be sending out raw meat from the kitchen. But that's what happened to Patrick this week, leading to an emotional breakdown in front of a makeshift altar to his family. It may just be that he was too much in his head about not wanting to let his family down, which was letting him down in the kitchen. In the challenge, though, both teams struggled with no clear winner emerging. So Gordon Ramsay had them each send two people up for elimination. The men send Patrick and Royce, who also had raw meat issues, while the women put forth Tiffany and Robyn. Ramsay sent Patrick home, shifting Robyn over to the Blue Team. As she was an instigator of a lot of drama, it will be interesting to see if she brings any to the relatively calm Blue Team. Find out as "Hell's Kitchen" continues Mondays at Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
