In the Season 12 finale, the winner is chosen after the Top 2 competitors create five unique dishes each and then prepare menus for the final dinner service. Chefs Michael Voltaggio, Ben Ford, Quinn Hatfield, Neal Fraser and David Myers serve as judges. The winner receives $250,000 and a head-chef position at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.
