Finally, a promo of "Hung" that actually contains some new footage taken from the second season has been released. From the look of the trailer, it looks like the new season picks up right where season 1 finale left off, Tanya and Lenore managing Ray together and Ray having feelings for his ex-wife Jessica. Tanya consults a professional pimp to confront Lenore and tell her that she dislikes the business being run by both of them. Meanwhile, Lenore keeps the stream of potential clients coming and asks Ray to step up the game. Ray has problems with his twin kids but enjoys quality time with Jessica. The new season begins June 27 with the episode "Just the Tip". Ray's new co-partnership with Tanya and Lenore gets off to a rocky start when he "holds back" during a tryst with Claire, a client, so he turns to Tanya for advice. Later, Ray and other teachers picket the school in anticipation of summer layoffs. Jessica, already filled with doubts about her marriage to Ronnie and refusing to take calls from Lenore after her experience with the no-show gigolo, is stung by criticism from Darby and Damon. Looking to get an edge on Lenore and regain Ray's trust, Tanya ventures into a tough neighborhood for liberating pimping advice from a real pro. Source & Preview
HBO Has spilled the beans on what it has in store for Hung fans this year. Thomas Jane will be returning as the everyman-turned-gigolo. Hung turned out to be one of the better comedy dramas to hit the airwaves last year, and I, for one, can't wait to see what moral slippery slopes Jane's Ray Drecker winds up on this season. From the looks of this press-release, it looks like the Hung writers room is amping things up a bit. To Read More Click Here .

HBO has kicked off the promotion of "Hung" by releasing one interesting video. Instead of merely including new footage, the featurette called "Hard at Work" shows Ray in a train of bookings, pleasing one woman after another. Sounds incorporating in the actions done, form a melody. "Hung" will be back June 27 with the episode "Just the Tip". If one remembers, the end of the first season sees Tanya succumbing to Ray's proposal to include Lenore in the escort business. Ray, Tanya and Lenore's new partnership starts inauspiciously when Ray "holds back" during a tryst with a pregnant client. Joining the cast in the new season is Merrin Dungey whom people recognize mostly on "Alias". She will play Liz, a potential new love interest for Ray and one of his clients. She is a super successful corporate woman willing to pay Ray for a night of pleasure. Source & Trailer
Former "Alias" star Merrin Dungey will be looking for some male companionship on HBO's "Hung" this summer. Dungey will have a "major" recurring part in the dark comedy's second season, according to Deadline.com. She'll play a woman named Liz who is one of basketball coach/male prostitute Ray Drecker's (Thomas Jane) clients -- and maybe more than that. Dungey guest-starred on "Castle" earlier this month and appeared in several episodes of "Better Off Ted" over the course of its two seasons. Her credits also include recurring roles on "The King of Queens" and "Malcolm in the Middle" and, of course, "Alias," where she played Sydney's (Jennifer Garner) best friend Francie. She also starred in the back-door pilot for "Private Practice" but was replaced by Audra McDonald when the show went to series. "Hung" premieres June 27 on HBO. Source Here
HBO has announced return premiere dates for two of its popular dude-friendly shows. Both 'Hung' and 'Entourage' are slated to return Jun. 27, following vamp camp fest 'True Blood,' which heads back to the cable network on Jun. 13, according to the Live Feed. The shows will fill the Sunday 10PM time slot now occupied by David Simon's 'Treme,' which wraps its first season this summer. 'Hung' season 2 is expected to explore the new dynamic between Ray (Thomas Jane), Tanya (Jane Adams) and Lenore (Rebecca Creskoff). 'Entourage' star Adrian Grenier recently promised that fans would see a different side of Hollywood pretty boy Vinnie Chase in the show's upcoming seventh season. "They're going to get a whole new Vince this year," Grenier told the Hollywood Reporter earlier this month. "He's grappling with life and death circumstances." Sounds like a big change from the character's previous dilemmas, which usually involved choosing between the blonde or the brunette. Source Here

"Hard Times" will debut June 6 at 11 p.m., following the award show. It will then move to its regular Monday 10 p.m. slot on June 14. The coming-of-age comedy, which has drawn parallels to HBO's "Hung," follows the awkward life of RJ Berger (Paul Iacono), a late-blooming loser with an anatomical gift. The series was created by David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith. MTV made building a scripted slate a priority a year ago and recently tapped executive David Janollari to lead the efforts. Source
"Dexter" misses the chance to be a big winner at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards when "Mad Men" is announced as the Best TV Series - Drama. This is the third year that "Mad Men" wins the category since it blocked the other drama shows from the throne in 2008 and 2009. Earlier at the event Chloe Sevigny beat Jane Lynch from "Glee", Jane Adams from "Hung", Rose Byrne from "Damages" and Janet McTeer from "Into the Storm" to claim Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. She enrolls on "Big Love" as a polygamist's second wife, Nicollete Grant. All the winners in television category have been read out. So far, "Dexter" and "Grey Gardens" come out as the big winners by taking home two each. Source Here
