This is a show about a young couple -Jon and Kate- who raise their 8 kids, two 7 year old twins Cara and Madelyn and their six 3 year old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel. The family originally appeared in a one hour special titled Surviving Sextuplets and Twins on Discovery Health.
