TV ratings: 'Shark Tank' propels ABC to a win; 'Grimm' and 'Dracula' both up for NBC

Fast National ratings for Friday, Dec. 6, 2013It was a quiet Friday across the board, with new ABC shows, including "Shark Tank" as the no. 1 program of the night for total viewers, propelling the alphabet network to a win. "Grimm" and "Dracula" were both up, helping NBC take second place. ABC averaged 5.95 million viewers and a 3.9 rating/7 share in households for the win, followed closely by NBC at 5.8 million and a 3.7/6. CBS was a close third at 5.7 million and a 3.5/6. FOX was fourth at 4.6 million and a 2.8/5 and the CW trailed with 900,000 viewers and a 0.6/1.  NBC and ABC tied for the adults 18-49 demo win with a 1.4 and CBS and FOX tied for second with a 1.2. TV ratings: 'Bones,' 'Raising Hope' drop in Friday premieres

Moving to Fridays was not good to the ratings of "Bones" and "Raising Hope" on FOX. Both shows dropped significantly from their most recent airings -- "Bones" on Monday (Nov. 11) and "Raising Hope" last spring in its season finale.Only the smallest bit of consolation for the FOX shows can be found in the fact that ABC suffered ratings losses for all of its programs, while CBS saw "Undercover Boss" drop."Blue Bloods" on CBS won the night in total viewers, with 7.3 million watching over the 10 p.m. hour. ABC's "Shark Tank" had the highest Friday ratings in the 18-49 target demo.CBS led the night overall with 6.1 million viewers and a 9.96 rating/11 share in households. TV ratings: CBS leads the night with 'Blue Bloods,' 'Hawaii Five-0'

Fast National ratings for Friday, November 1, 2013 CBS held down Friday night with a strong lineup including "Blue Bloods," "Hawaii Five-0" and "Undercover Boss." All three dominated their time slots, with "Blue Bloods" bringing in 10.7 million viewers with a 6.8 rating/12 share of households to win the night. ABC came in second for the night, having its Friday night lineup solidly come in second across the time slot divide. "20/20," "Shark Tank" and "Last Man Standing"/"The Neighbors" all performed well in their respective hours, with "20/20" doing the best for the network with 7.35 million viewers with a 5.0 rating/9 share in households. ABC also earned the top spot in the adults 18/49 demographic with all three of its shows. "Shark Tank" drew the most with 1.9. NBC's Friday night supernatural line up slipped a bit from its debut last week. Fast National ratings for Friday, October 18, 2013 CBS continued to dominate the Friday night ratings, with "Blue Bloods" as the top show of the night, followed closely by "Undercover Boss" and "Hawaii Five-0."The Eye network earned an average of 9.4 million viewers and a 6.0 rating/11 share of households. ABC was second at 5.5 million and a 3.6/6, then NBC at 4.7 million and a 3.1/5, FOX at 3.2 million and a 1.9/3 and the CW at 1.1 million and an 0.8/1. In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS also won, but the margin was much slimmer -- 1.5 versus ABC's 1.4.
