Let’s Dish is a healthy cooking show that streams over the internet from Live Well HD Network’s website, www.livewellhd.com . This show does not just instruct viewers how to cook tasty foods, nor does it just instruct viewers how to cook healthy foods. Rather, the show instructs viewers how to create both tasty and healthy culinary delights, which really are the best of both worlds! You will not find any of Paula Deen’s crazy recipes here, like donut-hamburgers that probably should come with a Physician’s General warning, but rather such waist-friendly, budget-friendly, and taste bud-friendly delights as Radical Red Bell Peppers and Spectacular Sandwiches, with a bit of a Vietnamese flair thrown in for some extra kick. The recipes really try to have something for everyone, from a variety of healthy bison recipes for the red-meat-lover, to a collection of colorful salads that could probably bring saliva to the most vegetable-hating person out there, to some decadent chocolate main dishes, side dishes, and desserts.
