Lightfields tells the story of three different families living in the same house in Suffolk during three different time periods, in 1944, 1975 and 2012. The three families are linked by the spirit of a young girl who died in mysterious circumstances in 1944.
In 1944, the Felwoods decide to move on and Dwight is desperate to make a confession about what happened that night with Lucy. In 1975, Clare and Tom race against time to find Vivien who, after all these years, is on the verge of remembering what she did, while in 2012, the truth is revealed at last and the generations finally find peace. Last in the series.
In 1944, Eve decides to leave the farm following Harry's discovery of the letter, but a plea from Pip persuades her to stay, and Albert makes a terrible confession.
