For this week's Team Challenge the contestants entered into a lucky dip to pick their teams, with Sun captaining the Blues and Craig the Reds. The Teams were then taken to eco restaurant Greenhouse at Circular Quay. They were told that they would be cooking for some of Sydney's most distinguished palates, and that in true Greenhouse style they needed to minimise waste. The diners would vote for their preferred Team, and whichover one accumulated the least leftovers would be rewarded with an extra 10 votes. The Red Team fared comfortably in the Challenge, while the Blues needed a stern talking to from Gary to keep them on the rails. Yet it was the Blues who won the most votes, which together with a 10 vote reward won them the Challenge by a 55-21 majority.
