Andrew, Kath and Julia arrived for their Pressure Test, which was set by special guest Maggie Beer. Their task was to recreate her Upside Down Grape Cake, with a crisp Wafer and an Olive Oil and Verjuice Ice-Cream. Meanwhile as their prize for the previous day’s Invention Test, Mindy, Alice and Dalvinda were treated to a cake decorating class courtesy of ‘Cake Boss’ Buddy Valastro. With so many complex components, all three hopefuls had their work cut out in the Pressure Test. When it came to tasting, however, it was Kath and Andrew who particularly struggled, due to their cakes being undercooked. With Kath’s effort the worst offender, she became the next contestant Eliminated.
