Mindy faced off against sushi guru Shaun Presland in her Immunity Challenge. With no cookers at their disposal, the chefs had to prepare three courses featuring raw ingredients, the core one, as selected by Shaun, being kiwi fruit. Mindy selected Amina and Audra to help her. The results were spectacular: Amina’s kiwi-cured beef dish won the entrée round, Shaun’s team won for their dessert, and Audra’s salmon sashimi was declared the dish of the day, winning Mindy an Immunity Pin.
