In the Kitchen Cook-Off, the 8 remaining teams had to cook at Kitchen Headquarters to decide who would join Peter & Gary in the next sudden death cook-off. Steve and Helen and Peter and Gary were on the sidelines as Steve and Helen were safe and the boys were up for elimination. The teams would have 30 minutes to cook with the 4 weakest dishes heading to the showdown. Pete says it would take team work and trust tonight, and the trust was set to be tested to its ultimate limit. The judges also stated only one team member would cook and make the decisions. The teams choose the strongest cook while the others sat back. The cooks tonight grab their ingredients. However, for the second twist, Pete says that as he stated there would a decision maker and a cook, thus the ones who chose the ingredients would be the decision maker as the other would be the cook, they were then told to swap.
