I've watched all 14 seasons of NCIS and loved them all, this one however was probably one of the weakest in a long time. The focus was on Torres, unfortunately character isn't strong enough to carry an episode; and I understand that they are trying to build the Torres character, however, he's simply not interesting enough nor is the acting strong enough for it. The tough bad boy, I've lived undercover and seen it all attitude, is simply that attitude, it's hard to buy into. He's fine as a secondary member of the cast, but I just don't feel he's anywhere near the quality of actor that previous cast members have been.

Gibbs definitely knows what that feels like.
