Siblings Sora and Shiro are two game experts who are challenged by a mysterious individual to an online game of chess. After winning, their opponent invites them to be reborn in his world, where all disputes are solved by games. The siblings, weary of their world, accept his proposal and are transported to the fantasy world of Disboard. They learn that the one who summoned them was Tet, Disboard's last remaining god.
