Hiyori remembers everything when she is able to hear and see Yukine on her way out from school. She later goes to the library to research more about the Gods. Meanwhile, Yato, Nora and Ebisu struggle to evade the wrath of Izanami. Ebisu wants to control Phantoms for the sake of humanity in order to prevent them from causing misfortune. Since the Gods have not returned from the colloquy, Yukine, Kazuma and Daikoku speak with Tsuyu, the devoted spirit of a plum tree who has resided at Tenjin's shrine for over a millennium, and the three Regalia realize that Ebisu is accompanied by Yato and Nora in the Underworld.
