While on the way to Nimbassa City, Ash and friends encounter a girl named Emmy who owns a Druddigon. Emmy wants to be a Dragon Master, but is having trouble controlling her Druddigon. Iris, wanting to be a Dragon Master herself, decides to help her out. Meanwhile, Team Rocket is planning on taking Druddigon and Axew for their new plan.
