Ching's next restaurant seems like a lost cause from the get go. Hidden in a nondescript mall in Pennsylvania with no obvious signage it's a challenge to find this restaurant with GPS. Frank and Vivian Dominick gave up their careers to run Fusion Fire with no prior restaurant experience. The original concept was Chinese Hot Pot, but that proved unpopular with locals during the hot Pennsylvanian summers. To add to their difficulties, several years ago Frank's head sushi chef quit taking three other staff employees with him. With every penny they own invested in the business Frank and Vivian refused to quit. Frank immediately jumped into the role of head chef and, in an attempt to draw in more customers, added to their menu. Unfortunately more choices has meant more confusion and fewer customers. This loving couple lost their head chef and now they've lost their way. Can Ching give them the direction they need before they lose their livelihood?
