Sandra re-creates a $1000 pizza that's covered in caviar from Nino's Bellissima in New York City; prepares her own version of Wolfgang Puck's shanghai lobster; and remakes a famous snack cake. Also: a recipe for a cocktail called a fire-breathing dragon.
Sandra creates a chicken dish based on her fine-dining experience at Alize, located on top of the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, in the series premiere of this show, which features famous restaurant food re-created with the home cook in mind. Other recipes include: a butterscotch-ice-cream trifle; and a cocktail dedicated to Elvis Presley.
