The CW's Riverdale holds on for a second consecutive week atop the SideReel Power Ranking, a weekly look at the TV shows garnering the most attention on We're still recovering from that cliffhanger ! Last week's runner-up, 13 Reasons Why , drops one spot, making room for Grey's Anatomy , which just finished its 13th season on ABC and remains the network's highest-rated drama. Another Shondaland show is the list's biggest mover; Scandal rises four spots, jumping into the top 10 for the first time in months on the strength of its season finale (the show returns in the fall for its final season).
