Shaq's Big Challenge is a reality television show hosted by Shaquille O'Neal that debuted on ABC with it's first episode on June 26, 2007. It features Shaq's efforts to help six severely obese middle school aged children lose weight and gain a healthy lifestyle. In the first episode, O'Neal arrived at the children's houses, surprising them with his arrival. O'Neal told them that he would help them become healthy. In the episode, the children took fitness tests, and got their weights checked.
