this is one of the good episode as far as ive seen make it more interesting and lively!!!....
it seems that the smalliville writers are either unaware to what they write or simply don't care to insult our intelligence.. in season four they implied that the stones of power has been on earth for hundred of years, but yet according to the kandor episode they have been on earth at best less then a century which of course makes the entire season 4 story ridiculous. Now i understand this is TV and there are ratings and other bla bla bla , but please at least make sense and respect your story lines. at least what read what you written in the past, is that too much to ask for ?
Smallville is certainly on its way to becoming the longest-running show on The CW 's current line-up, and it's not stopping there. As though the series itself had superpowers, it's refusing to end and is getting ready for yet another season. When executive producer Kelly Souders was interviewed by EW's Michael Ausiello, she spilled the beans. Despite a slight drop in ratings due to the show's move to Friday nights, Smallville is slowly proving it's as strong as its protagonist. "We are really, really pushing for season 10," Souders told the publication. "We really hope it happens." The shift in schedule didn't hamper Souders' hopes in preparing for another installment of Smallville though. She says the fate of a season 10 will be in the hands of die-hard fans. "[I]f people keep tuning in and telling their friends about it, I think [a 10th season] is quite likely," she said. However, the second half of this season is far from over. The writers of Smallville have only just begun mapping out the end, but none of them are sure if it's going to be a finish to the season or the series itself. "It's something that we faced last year, too," Souders revealed. "To try and break two different endings for a season kind of puts you at cross-purposes a little bit. For one, you'll rev things up, and for another, you're trying to bring everything to the finish line. But we're really planning on breaking a season finale and not a series finale." Ideally, however, the end of Smallville would be seeing Clark (Tom Welling) in his iconic garb and finally taking on his destiny. But the series, as Souders says, is really about his path to becoming the hero we all know. With that, how can the show possibly wrap up? Kelly Souders admits she "can't make any promises." But if ever they're thinking of putting the actual finished product of Superman on the small screen, "it would be at the very end." When that will be, however, no one knows yet. Maybe on a season 11? I know that the show doesn't have the largest budget but seriously, Chloe started work at the Daily Planet right back in season 5 and she was in the basement writing up the obituary. Surely Clark and Lois, who have achieved front page headlines, should have moved up in the world by now. I guess I just think it's a bit weird sometimes when they show shots of the Daily planet building, to think that they are still working below ground level.
I was wondering who everyone likes more, either Lois or Lana. I mean I like Lois she is a bad ass and her body is absolutely slammin' but Lana did become a hard ass with her training and even tho she is petite she can kick ass. Not to mention I think she does beat Lois in a looks contest, BUT you also have to take into account that Lana is very whiny and annoying sometimes and Lois seems like a cool chick to hang out with. I mean she loves beer pong! Personally I would like a combination of Lois's personality and body with Lana's face. LOL What do you think?
While I felt really bad for poor Oli this week in "Rabid", I kind of wanted to twist the knife in his side a bit. He can see Lois is in love with Clark and he KNOWS she's in love with the Blur and he knows that the Blur is Clark. So he knows Lois is completely obsessed with both sides of Clark. AND YET in the elevator Oliver says that he knows Lois still has feelings for him! UM HELLO reality check? Clearly not. You could tell how jealous he was when Lois and Clark said goodbye in the elevator. So even though he's already REALLY low and depressed I wanted him to fully accept that Lois loved Clark and not him. So I really wanted him to see Clark and Lois hugging in the rain at the end of the episode. Is that mean? Probably. But he was annoying me and should just accept that Clois is forever. I would have loved to see his face when he saw them standing in the rain.
Anyone just happen to notice in that last episode at the very end how chloe holds her belly and looks at it like she's pregnant?? Might be a new twist coming if she is.
Sign the petition if you want to show to go out with a bang.
I'm just wondering when are they going to bring back lex cuz the shows a bit dried up without his evil mind, and also i think they should get more villains,i like the fact that they added metallo but i want a villain that can really match clark and not end up dead in 3 seconds like doomsday, come on the guys immortal(immune to kryptonite)and he dies by falling in a hole i think it should have been more Spectacular!!!
i dont know about the rest of you guys but i think lois and clark belong together and apparently the love triangle season nine is going to be clark, lois, and the red blue blur. soooooo..... i would love to see your stance on the whole lois and clark issue.
