'Survivor: One World's' Colton Cumbie realizes that karma got him

Colton Cumbie was one of the most polarizing castaways in "Survivor" history. He tells Zap2it what he regrets about his behavior and how much he wants to go back for another chance. How are you feeling? How did everything go once you were medi-vac'd out of there?"I'm obviously 100% better. What happened was I was taken to a hopsital where they determined it was a severe bacterial infection. They gave me a round of antibiotics, I got back to the States and I had to do another round of antibiotics. They thought it might still be appendicitis when I got back to the States, but I still have my appendix."You were a very divisive player this year. Were you playing a character for the purposes of TV or for strategy?"Um, that's hard. Obviously, there was strategy behind some things that I did. I think I could've handled it differently. Christina, for example, whenever I was calling... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2012/03/survivor-one-worlds-colton-cumbie-realizes-that-karma-got-him.html

Was It Karma Or Just Bad Luck On 'Survivor: One World'?

It was either a massive case of cosmic karma, or just bad luck on " Survivor: One World " (Wed., 8 p.m. ET on CBS), but it ushered in an unorthodox episode of the reality staple and changed everything about the game that was being played. One of the most powerful players in the game wound up out of it, and they took their "ball" home with them, so to speak. Or at least that's what the other tribe was told. Even the viewing audience at home isn't sure if Colton took that Immunity Idol home with him or not. That's right, it was this season's bad, bad boy who suddenly started feeling bad, bad. Bad enough to get medically evacuated under fear of appendicitis. And that was all she wrote for him. It's a game changer because love him or hate him, Colton was running the game. He'd already orchestrated one tribe to give away tribal immunity to get rid of someone he didn't like, and then picked off his next threat after a tribal shake-up last week. On the chopping block this week was Christina, and Colton and his ally Alicia were making sure she felt it. It was beginning to rub some of the other people the wrong way just how horribly they were treating her -- it was a very immature and childish thing to do. But fans will never get to know if their bad behavior would have cost them the game, because Colton's removal was only the first major change of the night. Tree mail called everyone to Tribal Council where they were announced merged already. With twelve people still in the game, it's certainly unexpected. The gender divide is now equal again, though, so it should be interesting to see what alliances emerge, which ones are destroyed and whether Christina is really the next one to go, as she was promised. 'Survivor': Tribal Shake-Up Changes Everything And Nothing

Well, that didn't take long. After less than two weeks, the grand experiment that was "Survivor: One World" (Wed., 8 p.m. ET on CBS) was thrown out the window. This after the unprecedented move of the men's tribe giving up their own Tribal Immunity to eliminate one of their own. Seems it would have been compelling to let this one play out. But that's not what the producers had in mind. Instead, they randomly divided up the now even tribes, and even punted one of them off to a new beach to live on. Suddenly, it's classic "Survivor" with no unique angles or twists. The only notable thing was that the random divide created one of the most lopsided looking tribal divisions ever seen on the show. Everyone could see it, with Colton despairing that his tribe was filled with peasants while the Salani tribe was Greek gods. And then, as if on cue, the Salani tribe proceeded to win the next two challenges, though the Reward challenge was actually pretty close. Colton did a masterful job of positioning himself at the head of the new Manono tribe somehow, and orchestrated the blindside of not their weakest player in Tarzan, but arguably their strongest in Monica. So the misfit tribe of peasants was just intentionally made weaker. Colton must have confidence in his connections over on Salani, because on paper this is not looking good for Manono come merge time. Find out what craziness ensues next on "Survivor: One World," Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. 'Survivor: One World's' Bill Posley: Colton's reality 'is so warped'

Bill Posley was eliminated from "Survivor: One World" in what may be the craziest episode of the show we have ever seen in 24 seasons. Colton Cumbie was the leader of the effort to oust Bill and we had to commend Bill in our interview with him for not punching Colton for what he said to Bill.I'm not even sure what to say about last night. I mean, I was mad after what I saw. I wanted to punch Colton after all the crap he was spewing last night. "Yeah. That's the general consensus there around the 'Survivor' community. He did not portray himself very well."Was he really like that? Was it editing at all? "He was like that. You know, the deal with Colton is, and I've been trying to stress this over and over, Colton's had a very sheltered life. He makes that comment about me being 'ghetto trash' and - if I'm... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2012/03/survivor-one-worlds-bill-posley-coltons-reality-is-so-warped.html
