Very powerful episode from switched at birth last night, really strong opening. But seriously I'm black and i didn't get that last part. How is that racist? He's a fan of Lil Wayne and its a costume party, would it still be a problem if he was a fan of Eminem and he cut of his hair and died it blonde. I know that Black Americans struggled, maybe more than other blacks like for instance where i come from. cause while slavery was abolished they still weren't exactly free, i get that. But there is so much double standard, they can door say certain things but everyone else have to tread lightly and walk on egg shells. Ever heard of leading by example? If something is bad, its just bad it shouldn't matter what colour your skin is. And as for Mingo, he's a fan of Lil Wayne and he emulated him at a costume party, what's so insulting about that, its not like he painted his face black. And i know I'll probably get a lot of hate for this but i really don't get it. so if someone could really explain how being a fan of someone could be an insult I'd really like to know.
