Teen Mom star Amber Portwood welcomed 2-year-old daughter Leah back home Monday, Us Magazine reports. Leah was sent to live with Portwood's now ex-fiancé, Gary Shirley, after authorities in Anderson, Ind., began a domestic abuse investigation against Portwood, 20. On the Sept. 28 episode of Teen Mom, she was shown punching and screaming at Shirley. "Child Protective Services agreed it was safer for her to stay at Gary's because of all the photographers outside my house," Portwood told Us earlier this month. On Nov. 18, Portwood was charged with allegedly attacking Shirley between August 2009 and July 2010 in front of Leah. Portwood now faces two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence and battery. If convicted of all counts, she faces up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000. Call it Teen Mom: The Next Generation. MTV confirms that a new cast of young mothers will share their hectic lives with cameras in a season set to start airing in January. The network isn’t revealing any details yet — including which 16 and Pregnant subjects will be graduating to Teen Mom status — nor will it say whether this means the end of viewers’ inside looks at original stars Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood. Crews have shot footage of those girls with an eye toward another season, but producers have yet to determine how that will be used. Source Here

They've been gracing the covers of the weekly glossies for months and are making over $60,000 a piece from their megahit MTV show, but one place you won't be finding Amber, Maci, Farrah and the other Teen Mom ladies is on Dancing With the Stars. Why? Because the original teen mama grizzly (she just turned 20 on Oct. 18) doesn't want them cramping her style. "Bristol Palin has made it very clear to the show producers that she doesn't want the teen moms in the audience cheering her on no matter how much it might boost ratings," an ABC executive tells PopEater. Any fan of MTV's 'Teen Mom' knows that one of the major plot points on the show is how the young mothers struggle financially to take care of their children. But according to a recent report from Life & Style magazine, the teen moms earn between $60,000 and $65,000 for an 11-episode season. That means since the show started airing less than a year ago, each of the 'Teen Mom' stars has earned around $120,000. We're going to assume the actual amount of cash they see is a lot less than that amount -- minus taxes, trusts for the children (we hope), and other miscellaneous expenses -- but still. That is a more than livable salary, even with the added expense of raising a child. To Read More Click Here.
