The Challenge: Fresh Meat II Season 19

The Challenge: Fresh Meat II is the nineteenth season of the MTV reality television game show, The Challenge, and the sequel to Fresh Meat. Filmed in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada, Fresh Meat II featured two-player teams; each team had an alumnus of The Real World, Road Rules, or the original Fresh Meat, partnered with a newcomer of the opposite gender to The Challenge (collectively known as the new "Fresh Meat"). This is the first season to drop Real World/Road Rules from the on-screen title, although the host uses this term on the first episode when speaking to contestants. A "Meet the Meat" special premiered on March 31, 2010. The season premiered on April 7, 2010, and concluded on June 9, 2010, with the reunion show.

This season, much like it had when The Inferno II season aired, marked a new turn for The Challenge, they brought back the theme of fresh meat, bringing in new people that had never been on any show before and some new power players arose, surprisingly more on the female side of the new people with some strong competitors such as Laurel Stucky, one of the top 5 strongest female competitors of all time, Cara Maria Sorbello, Theresa Gonzalez and Mandi Moyer while on the guys side of the new people the only two that would really put on an impressive performance would be Noor Jehangir and Pete Connolly who come in for their one and only Challenge sadly. This also marks the last season for Darrell "D" Taylor and Landon "Lando Commando" Lueck, two of the top 5 players in Challenge history. The season itself heavily concentrates on the ultimate rivalry between loyal power player Kenny "Mr. Beautiful" Santucci who desires to take himself and his friends to the final to fairly compete between each other to determine the winner and traitorous, cutthroat Wes Bergman who's sole ambition is to take himself to the final even if he has to lie, fool, cheat and step on others, including his best friend outside of the game so he has the best possible chance of winning. It really becomes a Heroes vs Villains type season like on Survivor, only with a few Neutral teams between the two main alliances that may juggle back and forth. It's so much fun to root for the heroes because they're all so likable, while the villains are really easy to hate. This is definitely one of the more entertaining seasons of the Challenge and totally worth a watch.
