Yes, it has Kevin Bacon. Yes, it has a cool concept. But this much hyped show falls under the weight of audience expectations when they're expecting us to believe that Joe, the guy who has so many oddball connections everywhere, automatically becomes an idiot when his ex-wife becomes involved. The Following tries to introduce characters, but they get killed off too soon for us to care at all about them. Watch Hannibal instead.

This show was really great in the first season but the next were a little less. Overall, not a bad series.

Man vs Man, a tortured FBI agent vs a charming serial killer cult leader, does it have to get more complicated?, yes, yes it does.

Good while it lasted, last season just got like every other cop series. Still Kevin Bacon ♥

The Following will keep you following (ha-ha-ha) and anxious for the next episode. The main characters interact in such a real way but you also connect with the bad guy on a creepily deep level. The series of kills and back story keeps getting deeper and in the later seasons a new group moves in all because they too connected with the bad guy.

Great first season, the second and third are not the best. The one thing I really loved is the chemistry between Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) and Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon).

Kevin Bacon fried some bacon! Great show. Liked it, but they just tried to milk it as much as they could!

I'm not gonna lie, I loved the first season, I thought it was deep and I was very interested in the subject. The actors are good and the plot is great. The problem is they made a second season and it lost its original flavor, I felt like it was the same story again. Still haven't seen the 3rd season but I hope it proves me wrong.
