The Inbetweeners Reviews & Ratings

30 minutes

The Inbetweeners is a British comedy series about a group of teenagers struggling at sixth form school, currently shown on E4 in the UK. The series follows Will (Simon Bird), who left a private school to go to Rudge Park Comprehensive (set in Borehamwood) due to his recently divorced mother's financial troubles.[1] It gets its name, The Inbetweeners, from a social class of teenagers - people who are not cool enough to be popular and not geeky enough to be a nerd, therefore leaving a group of people inbetween, known as The Inbetweeners.

I don't think a lot of people would enjoy this comedy. I watched it and continue to watch it when they come out with movies and such but all in all i don't think it is for everyone. It appeals to the 12 year old boy in me. To that end, if you even thought the first episode was okay, then keep going there are times you are going to laugh till your face hurts.

This is British comedy at some of it's finest. The Inbetweeners is a comedy about four nerdy friends making their way through school. Often hilarious and always entertaining, give this show a go!

Absolutely one of my favorite shows ever. I can't believe it took me so long to watch it, and now that I have–along with the two movies–I can't believe it's over. It is without a doubt one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. It's completely ridiculous, absurd, hilarious, touching, and authentic. A show that centers around teenage boys who act like real teenagers would act, is such a rarity. They're awkward, they're sad, they're a bit pathetic...they are totally lovable and a little gross. They talk nonsense and fight, but they always manage to find a way to forgive each other. Even when a car door falls off.

A hysterical, and alarmingly accurate, adventure into the mind of British teenagers. Brilliantly written and just as well acted, if you're looking for an outrageous and unforgiving comedy, this is it. The only bad thing about it is, there aren't enough episodes.

I can't find a bad thing to say about The Inbetweeners. It is probably, if not, THE best British comedy series of recent times and I can't imagine a better series coming along any time soon.
