Toby after fighting himself over the guilt of the murder of Det. Marks and the disappearance of his mother decides it's time to use his special gift to help others. He gets an opportunity to use his gift when he saves a woman from nearly drowning and she gets amnesia, unfortunately the victim is not who she presumes. Meanwhile, Sgt. Michelle McCluskey who's in charge of the victim's case, takes a special interest in Toby and his link to various criminal cases in the past.
