Cassandra was a full time mom, a multiple business owner, and a Greek chef when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and given a 14% chance of survival. She realized she was never going to beat cancer if she didn’t completely remake her life, how she ate, and what her priorities were. Now cancer free, Cassandra has refocused her boundless energy on teaching healthy cooking to children.
