Watch as Salt and Pepa teach their children to confront racism. Salt learns of a story coming from a high school in rural Jena, Louisiana -- after black students sit under a tree traditionally reserved for white students only, 3 nooses are found hanging from the tree; racial unrest and schoolyard fights follow, and while no white students are charged with any crimes, six black students are charged with attempted murder. A peace march in support of "The Jena 6," as they have come to be known, is scheduled in Louisiana, and the ladies want to go. They rent a tour bus and hit the road... like touring back in the day, only this time it's a family affair. Their mission does have its lighter moments, though, too: laughter, family bonding and Pep's need to wear sensible shoes for the two-mile protest walk. And for the first time since their break-up, the ladies perform an impromptu version of "Push It," rewritten especially for the Jena 6.
