'Secret Circle's' Britt Robertson: Cassie Blake is 'in a cave somewhere practicing magic'

"The Secret Circle" only got one season on the CW in 2011-12 before being cut unceremoniously short. But during an interview for upcoming movie "Delivery Man," star Britt Robertson tells Zap2it what she thinks Cassie Blake is up to now."I think Cassie Blake is probably in a cave somewhere practicing magic," says Robertson. "Maybe some day she'll return to her role as queen witch, but for now she's just recovering from all the madness that happened during Season 1 of 'Secret Circle.'"What do you think, fans? Is that what you envisioned Cassie doing since the show went off the air?In addition to "Delivery Man," which opens Friday, Nov. 22 nationwide, you can catch Robertson next summer on "Under the Dome" on CBS when it returns in June for Season 2.... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/11/secret-circles-britt-robertson-cassie-blake-is-in-a-cave-somewhere-practicing-magic.html

'Teen Wolf': 'The Secret Circle' star Shelley Hennig cast in a secret role

"Teen Wolf" has made a very secretive bit of casting: Shelley Hennig ("The Secret Circle") has been signed to play an unknown role when the show returns with new Season 3 episodes this winter.Although E!Online was able to report the news of Hennig's casting, nothing else is known about the role. There is a good chance that Hennig's arrival has something to do with a new piece of mythology on the show -- such changes have been teased since the San Diego Comic-Con in July. The casting of another guest star, Arden Cho, is directly tied to a "kitsune" myth. While Cho's role of Kira may not be a kitsune herself, the character has something to do with the Japanese, shape-shifting creature. On "The Secret Circle," a supernatural-themed show that ran for one season on The CW, Hennig played the role of Diana. The resident "nice girl" of the group of witches, Diana also ran... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/11/teen-wolf-the-secret-circle-star-shelley-hennig-cast-in-a-secret-role.html

"The Secret Circle" star Thomas Dekker is making his next TV move -- right on over to CBS's "Backstrom" pilot, from "Bones" boss Hart Hanson. "Backstrom," based on a popular Swedish book series, is about a detective with a short temper who is often hindered by his own self-destructive behavior. Dekker is set to guest star as Valentine, an entrepreneurial crook who uses Backstrom's apartment to store his high-end ill-gotten goods. He also serves as Backstrom's decorator... and connection to the criminal underbelly. He's the fourth former "Secret Circle" lead to book a pilot this season, following gets for Britt Robertson, Chris Zylka, and Phoebe Tonkin. "The Secret Circle" fans, we'll start with the bad news: the show is still canceled. But there's good news too! PHOTOS: Fall 2012 TV premiere datesWonder which of the gang she'll be in therapy with. Could it be Silver, who encounters Megan through all of her Braca gene activism? 'Secret Circle' says goodbye: Britt Robertson tells us Season 2 just is 'not happening'

When The CW announced its Fall 2012 schedule, many fans thought that there was one glaring omission: "The Secret Circle" was not picked up for a second season. Though it was, on average, the highest-rated freshman series on The CW this season, the ratings decline in the second half of the season was its downfall. It also didn't help that with tons of special effects and dramatic locations, "The Secret Circle" is an expensive show to produce -- especially in comparison to, say, "Hart of Dixie." The cancellation didn't stop "Secret Circle" fans from rallying behind the show, though. Plenty of "Save the Secret Circle" Twitter campaigns popped up, as well as petitions, and CW President Mark Pedowitz was inundated with emails.Unfortunately, sources confirm to Zap2it that Warner Bros will not be looking to find a new home for the Circle. Though initially there were some conversations about pitching the series to ABC Family, those... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2012/06/secret-circle-says-goodbye-britt-robertson-tells-us-season-2-just-is-not-happening.html

Thomas Dekker on The Secret Circle: "I Was Comfortable With Moving On"

You guys, there's a traitor among us. And we're not talking about Nick Armstrong (Louis Hunter) and his tender worm brain. We're talking about the one and only Thomas "Bright Eyes" Dekker, who we fell in love with during his stint as Adam Conant on The Secret Circle. Thomas blew our minds with his luscious lashes, delicate sobs, and general do-goodery, but now that The Secret Circle is cancelled, he has a confession: He never "clicked" with the show. http://feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/L9TBlYLPiuc/thomas-dekker-on-the-secret-circle-i-was-comfortable-with-moving-on

The Secret Circle: Save The Circle Campaign Make Waves For Show's Return

Are you still upset like me about The Secret Circle being canceled? Well, you are most definitely not alone... Luckily there is a fanbase out there mobilizing their asses off to get  The Secret Circle  back on TV, and some of their efforts are nowhere short of amazing. The movement is called Save The Circle and it's picking up steam across the board. CarterMatt.com reported that the  TSC  Save The Circle campaign has done more than set up petitions to be signed. Fans of the show have started to donate to the Make A Wish Foundation in order to get MTV's (or ABC Family's) attention to save  The Secret Circle  and add it to their line up. At the time of CarterMatt.com's posting, the STC movement had raised  $7,500, which included an anonymous donation of $5,100. With that type of devotion, the term 'dedicated fans' is an understatement. Read More... http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/tvovermind/tvnews/~3/OVcZnzFn5ZM/
