Underdog and Sweet Polly are trapped on the conveyor belt of King Cumulus Regulus's silver melting machine. As they recover from the Kings paralyzing lighting bolts, they frantically they try to find Underdog's silver ring filled with his super energy pills. They find the ring and, after taking his pill, Underdog regains his super powers. They search the palace for the evil monarch unaware that King Regulus has returned to earth and stolen Earth's remaining silver. When The King returns with his Cloudmen, they shoot lighting bolts at Underdog again. Our hero defeats the evil monarch by throwing lighting bolts back at his Cloudmen, then grabbing the king's arms. Underdog places King Cumulus Regulus' fingers together and short-circuits his powers. The king is reduced to tears and so are his subjects. They need the silver powder to line their bodies... and all they have is gold. Polly suggests that His Majesty and his people trade their gold supplies for the silver of Earth. Agreeing never to attack Earth again, King Regulus and his subjects agree to the trade. The People of Earth get their silver back and the Cloudmen and their monarch finally get their bodies lined with silver.
