With the Mechanic in prison the Hood sends out his new friends, Havoc and Fuse of the Chaos Crew, to cause terrorist attacks across the globe, leaving International Rescue with their hands full. After one such rescue the GDF begin testing a squadron of automated machines known as R.O.BOTS to assist with low priority rescues. Virgil and Gordon test one of the bot out in an Arctic rescue while Kayo and newly assigned GDF agent Captain Rigby go after Havoc.
