Sixteen Canadian chefs arrive in Toronto and begin competing for culinary stardom and a $100,000 grand prize in the Season 2 opener. The first Quickfire Challenge is held at Mark McEwan's restaurant Bymark. Then, the chefs create dishes inspired by their hometowns.
