Actor Luke Grimes to Recur on ‘True Blood’

Actor Luke Grimes, best known for his recurring role on the latter seasons of ‘Brothers & Sisters’, will be tackling a much different role: that of a vampire on the HBO hit series True Blood. According to the folks over at TV Line, Grimes will play the recurring role of James, a vampire who was turned the 1970?s, who is "smart, spiritual and emotionally deeper than any other bloodsucker" seen on the show before. The report further shares that the character of James is "every woman’s dream come true and he doesn’t even know it". No pressure there, Luke, in making that believable, right?! Robert Patrick returning to 'True Blood' as Season 6 regular

Robert Patrick has signed on as a series regular for "True Blood's" sixth season, reports Deadline. As Alcide's (Joe Manganiello) father, the werewolf and disgraced former packmaster Jackson Herveaux, Patrick appeared in three episodes of Season 5 -- including the pivotal finale in which Alcide declares himself the new packmaster. The "Terminator 2" actor's schedule opened up when ABC nixed a back-nine pickup of "Last Resort," on Patrick which co-stars as the volatile Chief of Boat Prosser.
