Tonya Harding, Todd Bridges, Danny Bonaduce and the rest of our law-abiding celebrity cast throw the book at the planet's most hare-brained offenders, including a woman who dials 911 with an urgent request for a husband, teens who steal a Bob's Big Boy statue and try to hold it for ransom, and a robber who wraps his face in toilet paper but leaves behind prescription drugs with his name on the bottle. It all adds up to an hour of television so entertaining, it ought to be illegal.
