Viva Laughlin

Viva Laughlin is an upcoming American television musical-dramedy adapted by Bob Lowry and Peter Bowker (creator of the original series) from the popular BBC British serial, Blackpool. Is a mystery drama with music about eternal optimist and freewheeling businessman Ripley Holden, whose sole ambition is to run a casino in Laughlin, Nevada. Occasionally using upbeat contemporary songs to accentuate the drama and humor and advance the story. They also serve as executive producers alongside Hugh Jackman, John Palermo, Paul Telegdy and Gabriele Muccino. The latter also directed the pilot.
