A stay-at-home (and practically back-to-nature) Vermont mother of six trades families with a Pennsylvania mother of four whose regimented suburban home life is almost as corporate as her work life. She's going to a place that's off the electric grid, while the fire-stoking, home-schooling mom discovers that her new husband has a computer program for supermarket shopping.
