Witches of East End is a intriguing, suspenseful and fun, as a family of cursed, sexy witches battles the forces of evil and family drama that follows, as their lives are intersected with two handsome brothers throughout the show. You"ll want to watch to the end and then some more, as questions go unanswered. Plus, it's always great to see James Marsters play a villian in season 2.

A little bit Charmed, a little Witches of Eastwick, and the hints of Asgard land of Thor thrown all into one. This female-led family has an almost campy sense to it, yet they know it. It has a lot of what is found on Lifetime's schedule (sensual, cheesy romance) only that they're allow to swear more and wear even less then what is shown on network TV.

It's an interesting concept and the ladies are all lovely to look at and watch. Julia Ormond plays the mother and is absolutely the mama bear, but watch out! You don't want to cross her path in the ways of magic. The characters are fun and interesting and where it may get somewhat over-the-top, it's purely a show for summer fun. It's like a good romance novel that you can't put down.

I'm seriously torn between liking and hating this show. I guess it has it's moments and enough man candy to keep watching but truthfully these are basically the worst witches of all time. They constantly get themselves into trouble (even the more experienced witches) and then they have to get out of it over and over again. It's always about themselves and almost never revolves around helping humans or saving the world.
Some scenes just seem rushed and are completely over-acted.

"Witches" is like a less trampy, more put together version of HBO's True Blood on a smaller budget. Sure the special effects aren't phenomenal, but for a Lifetime show "Witches" thoroughly exceeded my expectations.

This show was great. It took me back to my Charmed teen years but less corny. The cast was likable and it was filled with action, humor and magic. It kept getting better each week, without the point of it becoming tedious or annoying. It definitely kept the twist and turns coming. Sad Lifetime didn't grow the balls to keep this one.

First season was a bit hard to get into, mostly because of the love triangle. But the second season is so much better! Really hope it keeps getting better through the next season
