Lord Sugar puts twelve tycoons of tomorrow, aged between 16 and 17, through their paces as they each compete to win a 25,000 pound fund that will be tailor-made to kick-start their business career.
In this final episode, just four candidates remain in the fight to be crowned Lord Sugar's young apprentice, with his investment of 25,000 pounds into their business future at stake. For their final task, the teams must create a new brand of sportswear with the potential to go global. They must come up with a brand name, logo and viral video that will get their product noticed. Finally, the teams must launch their brand to an audience of experts from the sporting world. The brand with the most potential will win, and from the winning team, Lord Sugar will choose this year's young apprentice.
The six remaining candidates battle it out for a place in the final and the chance to win Lord Sugar's 25,000 pound investment in their business future. To get there they must select the right two products to sell at WOMAD, a festival of World Music that attracts almost 40,000 fans. One team thinks they will clean up with a portable toilet, the other has chosen a pedal powered washing machine that they believe will attract the glamping market. This week the stakes are even higher as two of the losing team will be fired.
