This episode follows some of the children admitted to King's A&E, including 16-year-old Ellie, who's been airlifted to King's after she was thrown from her horse and crushed against a fence and 4-year-old Destiny, who has a fishbone stuck in his tonsils from his lunchtime curry. One of King's newest recruits, Matt, is also affected by the deaths of two older patients.
