The only time Charlie Sheen used to be funny or even a good actor was when he played a washed up baseball player. This changed that. Now all I can say is he has had moments in his career, but now he needs to retire just like most of his characters in recent memory.

Funny but missing something. Its a series where Charlie sheen is a therapist who does not follows rules or ethics of the committee and so he does a lot of stupid stuff, with his neighbour (later on) as well as his therapy group. There are quite a lot of funny instances within each episode which makes it a good series but there is a lack of something which makes it hilarious.
