The girls went to Boxing Works where they were taught of Mix Martial Arts and work outs. For the challenge, the girls will audition for a role in Short Stack's new music video "Bang Bang Sexy", using their martial arts moves from their lesson. Izzy and Liz won the challenge and will appear on the music video. Liz got a conflict with his boyfriend on the phone.
