Axe Cop has killed all the bad guys on Earth, meaning only one thing: he and his team of crime fighters need to find new jobs. Baby Man gets a hold of Unibaby's horn and wishes that he was a bad guy so that he can get even with Axe Cop for rejecting him at the tryouts for his group. It's up to Flute Cop to save Axe Cop and reclaim Unibaby's horn.
