For the latest round, judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin set the teams a pair of exceedingly tricky challenges. The first requires making two batches of perfectly uniform miniature classics - 24 pont neufs and 24 tartes au citron - in just three and a half hours. For the Showpiece, the teams are required to reinvent the classic Eton mess and turn it into a masterpiece. At the end of the latest round, one of the teams must leave the competition.
