This week brings together five strangers for a week-long dinner party battle. Decorating the house for night one is arts and crafts lover Sara Meredith. Joining her around the table is theatre professional Rick Simm, tool and die maker Edward Gal, property manager Dawn Muzzo, and career confused Dustin Morrison. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Sara's home. There’s no mistaking her love of the festive holiday, with stockings, a Christmas tree and tons of decorations. To get the rest of the group into the holiday spirit, Sara kicks off the night with a gift exchange and serves a not-so-nice candy cane cocktail. Next, it's bruschetta with mozzarella for an appetizer. To help curb their hunger between courses, the guests get creative by using the edible table decorations for a sweet amuse a bouche. Finally the main is served: Asiago and artichoke chicken with potatoes and green beans. Not keeping up with her Christmas theme, Sara serves a chocolate pie for dessert. Can a Christmas theme delight? Or will it be a silent night?
