There Might be a Dragon Ball Super Movie on the Way

For those who have not been paying attention, it is interesting to note that the Dragon Ball franchise has been seeing a serious revival in recent times. The whole thing started when Toei Animation decided to revise Dragon Ball Z in 2009, which resulted in what is now called Dragon Ball Z Kai. However, it was not until 2015 that Toei Animation released Dragon Ball Super as a true continuation to Dragon Ball Z. So far, Dragon Ball Super has covered a number of plotlines. For example, it covered Goku’s meeting with Beerus, the God of Destruction, which was a retelling of the events of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. Furthermore, it covered Freiza’s return via the Dragon Balls, which was a retelling of the events of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F. However, Dragon Ball Super has since moved onto new plotlines with new stakes, as shown by how its current arc is focused on Goku as well as a rather eclectic collection of both friends and foes fighting in an inter-universal tournament to ensure the continuing survival of their universe. Dragon Ball Super Anime May Have Its First Super Saiyan Woman

While this might not mean much to the network TV fans out there, anime and manga fans are going to be pretty thrilled. Dragon Ball Super may very well have its first Super Saiyan Woman on its hands. Yup, Dragon Ball Super's Intro Will Make You Feel Young Again

  The latest Dragon Ball series finally began its run in Japan on Sunday, and, oh wow, the gang's all here: Goku, Vegeta, Master Roshi, and even Gotenks and Majin Buu. It's all your old friends! As Kotaku notes , though, the first full Dragon Ball Super episode is unfortunately unavailable at the moment, and it doesn't look like there's any news of a Western release yet. The show will continue to air on Fuji TV every Sunday morning in Japan, however, and one viewer was enterprising enough to to upload the intro to the internet for our nostalgic viewing pleasure.
