When a gunman fleeing a crime scene and crashes his car, he steals another abducting a baby in the process. He flees to a seedy motel where he takes a young boy as a second hostage. After baby is released and the gunman apprehended, the young boy vanishes. As the team learns more about him from his mother and from things found at the scene, they discover a truth that leads them on a desperate search for the missing teen, who turns out to have psychopathic tendencies.
