A look at mass incarceration in the U.S. through the prism of a housing project in Louisville, Ky., where many residents have done time. One has been in and out of prison for 40 years; a 15 year old faces juvenile detention due to persistent truancy; and another, a Vietnam veteran, suffers from addiction issues and PTSD.
