Meanwhile, Hajime suggests the Gatchaman reveal themselves to the public by holding an event at a kindergarten, where Hajime warns everyone about Katze and asks Rui to come meet them there. As Katze uses Rui's form to meet Umeda and set up a new Neo Hundred for the Crowds, Rui gets to the kindergarten, where he learns from a girl who has her father in a coma that the Crowds users who were defeated by Katze had become hospitalized.
